Manager - Digital Factory IT Support
The Corporate Information Systems (CIS) Group is an internal provider delivering end to end IT services to our affiliates worldwide.
Our mission as a Shared Services Center (SSC) North America is to support multiple regional business units with Canada.1,500 users.
Our services include Client Support/Helpdesk, Enterprise Application Management, IT Project Management Office and Class A Data Center Operations.
The primary function of the “Manager – Digital Factory IT Support” is the service delivery and application support oversight of our Digital Factory and Manufacturing Operations.
This is a new role with operational, HR- and financial responsibility.
 
Applicable Skills
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science /  Management Information Systems or related engineering discipline
* Strong background and industry experience in manufacturing and production automation, high-tech or medical device manufacturing a big plus
* SOAP, REST, OData PL/SQL, Java, C#, JavaScript, Windows, Linux, MS SQL, Oracle, SAP, ERP, CRM, MES, BI
* Experience in 24x7 operations for manufacturing and/or customers facing system environment highly desired
* Experience leading and building up teams and successfully establishing organizational processes
* Proven management experience (people, projects, vendors and customers)
*  Experience with supporting and administering and hosting globally used enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, MES, BI required.
* Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure incl. network, storage, server, OS (Windows and Linux), DB (MS SQL, Oracle, others), security and encryption standards
* Hands-on experience with troubleshooting complex and business critical issues
* Proven methodical approach to troubleshooting and root cause analysis, ability to quickly navigate from user problem to technical root cause and abstract outcome to non-technical users, incl. Sr. Management
* Solid understanding of modern web-based interfacing and integration standards (SOAP, REST, OData) as well as web and mobile application development best practices (backend and frontend)
* Proven hands-on experience with at least one of the following dev languages: PL/SQL, Java, C#, JavaScript
*  Must be able to travel internationally and domestically, less than 10% of the time
 
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
* Experience and Quality Systems and Document Management
* Project Management experience
* Software verification/validation background
* Understanding of industry standards such as HIPAA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FDA CFR Part 11
