IT Sr Tier 2 or 3 Service Help Desk Contractors   -  Could be contract to hire - Onsite position.  No Telecommute, No Visa Applicants, No Consulting Companies

* 3-5 years' experience in an IT support role
* Supervision skills to assist with ticket queue management, tech availability, monitoring KPIs, VIP tickets, etc.
Comfortable with interfacing in person and on the phone with Director level, experience handling a high phone call volume, identifying and managing issue urgency.
* Must-haves (soft skills) - Quality focus on ticket touches, reading and comprehension (sounds silly but that's how much we're struggling),
* Must-haves (technical) - Installing and configuring Win 7 and Win 10, strong experience with system imaging, e.g.SCCM, peripheral troubleshooting (docking stations, monitors, etc) first level
  application support (password resets, browser issues, single sign-on, CRM, LMS) desk/VOIP/IP phone support, basic networking (DHCP, DNS, connectivity,
* Specific skill set. More interested in getting a couple of seasoned techs in here who can take direction and make a difference.
