Reporting to the Director of HR Systems Services, you will work on a team of 11 within our fast paced Human Resources Department.

* Will play an integral part in leading HR systems implementation projects while maximizing and streamlining our HCMS and the optimization of our supporting technology.  
* You will be the primary liaison between Human Resources and IT, interacting with every level from Senior Leaders to the end user; responsible for HRIS project management and business analysis for a 2 billion dollar company.
* Provide Project Management for key HRIS projects, as well as actively participate in project analysis activities. 
* Conduct discovery meetings and system reviews with business partners by identifying and understanding current HR business processes, business requirements and future state needs. 
* Utilize strong interpersonal and change management skills and overcome resistance to new processes and technologies to ensure maximum efficiency. 
* Manage the configuration and maintenance of the HCMS and other HR systems to meet the needs of the business. 
* Establish an ongoing measurement and continual improvement process whereby you produce, analyze, and report metrics on HRIS activities. 
* Work with vendors and IT to design, implement and maintain system interfaces. 
* Minimum of 3 years of practical experience managing large-scale HCMS and/or HR systems related projects. 
* Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting HR systems  
* Very familiar with standard project management methodologies. 
* Proven ability to work with a cross-functional team to optimize HR business processes. 
* Experience working in an ERP environment (e.g. SAP, Oracle,. etc.) 
* Excellent MS Office skills, specifically in Excel, Project, Visio and PowerPoint. 
A PLUS:  
* Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources or minimum of 5+ years of applicable work experience. 
* Familiarity with HIPAA requirements strongly preferred. 
* Preferred experience with Lawson v10, PeopleAnswers, Taleo and SuccessFactors.
* Exceptional project management and analytical skills. 
* Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training. 
* Ability to work in fast paced environment and effectively prioritize multiple requests with ongoing duties. 
* Decisive, resourceful and innovative, with demonstrated success at developing and implementing original ideas. 
* Customer-focused and ability to motivate and influence key decision makers. 
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to formulate and communicate business requirements, objectives and outcomes to the IT department.
